The TECTUS TE 640 3D Energy combines mechanical load-bearing strength with built-in, concealed electrical transfer. It supports access control components, such as electric locks, without relying on exposed cabling.

A 16-wire ribbon cable runs through the hinge, fully concealed and inaccessible even when the door is open. This closed system protects connections from mechanical damage and unauthorised tampering. It's particularly valuable in secure environments or where vandal-resistance is a requirement.

Three connector options are available (sold separately), allowing flexibility for various access control setups. Each hinge requires two connectors; one fitted to the door side, one to the frame side. Installation is via a clip-and-connect system.
