Returns
You may cancel/return your order within 30 days from receipt of delivery (exceptions apply, please see below).
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Goods must be packed in their original packaging. DO NOT write on the packaging of the product as you may incur a rehandling charge.
Only goods returned in a resaleable condition will be eligible for credit.
You MUST complete our returns form and enclose a copy with goods. Failure to do so, may result in a delay in processing your credit/refund.
UNWANTED GOODS
You may return any unwanted goods to us within 30 days of purchase. Please download and complete our returns form and send a copy back with the goods.
Goods received outside of 30 days may be subject to a discretionary restocking charge or refused. Goods received over 90 days cannot be returned for credit.
FAULTY GOODS
You must contact our office to obtain a materials return authorisation number (RMA) before sending back any reported faulty goods. Please download and complete our returns form with the authorised RMA number and send a copy back with the goods.
Goods received back without an RMA number may result in a delay in processing or may be rejected.

SPECIAL ORDERS
We are unable to accept the return of any non-standard, non-stocked, bespoke item that has been supplied correctly in accordance with the buyer's instruction.
LIMITATIONS
The Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to business-to-business sales. Also excluded are special orders for products not shown on our website.
