Customise Your Videx Audio Intercom System
This Videx intercom kit includes one internal handset that allows users to answer calls and release the connected electric lock. The system supports up to three handsets per call button, with additional 3011A handsets available separately.
Extra handsets can make answering calls easier in larger properties. Homes may install units on different floors, while workplaces often place one at reception and another in a staff room or office.
Some higher security environments, such as nurseries, schools, and healthcare facilities, may also use a door lock interface module as part of the access control system. When one door unlocks, the second door remains locked, helping prevent unauthorised access or vulnerable occupants leaving secure areas unnoticed.
