Replacement Legends for Illuminated Exit Signs
These legends are designed for use with the LED blade emergency light exit signs. They allow you to clearly indicate the correct direction of travel towards the nearest emergency exit, helping users follow the escape route quickly and safely.
The blade light comes supplied with an upward arrow legend as standard, but if your installation requires a downward arrow or a left/right option, these replacements give you the flexibility to adapt the sign to your building layout.

Match Exit Sign Direction to Your Building Layout
Escape routes must be clearly marked to help people exit the building safely during a fire or other emergency. These directional legends allow you to update the arrow direction on your blade emergency light to suit the actual layout of your premises.
Down and left/right arrow legends are available, with the left/right version offering flexibility as it can be flipped to suit either direction during installation.
Each legend is double sided, providing visibility from both directions. This makes it especially suitable for wall installations using the flag kit, where the sign needs to be seen from both approaches.
Legend and Emergency Light Compatibility
These legends are designed specifically for use with the LED blade emergency exit signs from the CQR range. They are compatible with the following models:
- Manual test: BL/310/M/BK/865 and BL/310/M/WH/865
- Self test: BL/310/ST/WH/865
Each legend slots securely into the sign housing. Installation is straightforward and shown in the downloadable instructions, complete with step-by-step diagrams.
These emergency light legends may not be suitable for all blade emergency lights or for use with box style emergency exit signs. A dedicated range of legends for box emergency lights is available separately.
