The ABLOY 352M80 is a fail safe electric motor lock designed for high performance locking on single or double swing doors. It can be installed horizontally or vertically, concealed in either the door leaf or frame.
This Assa Abloy electric lock offers quiet motor driven operation, unlocks under high preload pressure, and includes built-in monitoring contacts. It’s well suited for commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, and other controlled access environments, especially where fire safety and compliance are essential.

352M80 ABLOY Lock for Fire Doors
When fitted with the correct intumescent materials, the 352M80 can be used on FD30 and FD60 fire doors as it has been tested to BS 476. Always check the fire test evidence for your specific door to confirm compliance.
