This aluminium extrusion allows RGL flush-mounted devices, such as the TLI-85 traffic light indicator or 85mm square press to exit buttons, to be neatly surface-mounted. Purpose designed by RGL for use with their flush-mounted devices, it helps provide a clean and durable surface installation.

Designed for the 85mm RGL Range
Many RGL flush-mounted press to exit button plates share a standard 85mm x 85mm footprint. The EXTR03 aluminium extrusion is purpose-built to suit these devices, providing a reliable and tidy solution for surface-mounted installations where flush fitting isn’t preferred.
The rigid aluminium surround offers a straight, stable mounting surface that ensures devices sit square, aligned, and securely fixed. Its durable construction withstands daily use in high-traffic areas such as corridors, receptions, and access controlled entry points.
Suits the TLI-85 Traffic Light Indicator
RGL’s TLI-85 door traffic light is supplied as a flush-mounted module, so pairing it with EXTR03 allows surface mounting.
The TLI-85 uses 12–24 V DC, draws approximately 20 mA, and offers red and green LEDs to visually show the door status. The plate uses 60 mm fixing centres, which align with common single-gang footprints.
Alternatively, the TLI-45 is a compact, surface-mounted traffic light indicator designed to fit on architraves. It is ideal for areas with limited mounting space, such as door frames or narrow reveals.
