For ease of installation and maintenance, all adjustments are accessible from the top once installed. A fixed backcheck helps prevent damage from forceful openings, while the adjustable delayed action enhances controlled closing.
This GEZE TS550NV floor spring includes the mechanism, spindle, and cement box. Accessories, including cover plates and intumescent kits, are sold separately and may be required for new installations, repairs, or maintenance.

Important Fire Door Considerations
Although this GEZE floor spring can be used with single action accessories, it is not fire tested for single action doors. We recommend the GEZE TS550NV F for single action fire doors, which is available by special order.
