The Exidor 322EC Lever Operated Outside Access Device with Cylinder is a lever operated outside access device (OAD) that is supplied with 3 keys and a 45mm Euro profile; which you can take out and substitute for your own master keyed cylinder. The 322EC is suitable for use with the bolts and latches from the Exidor 200 and 300 series and offers external access on the door.
The 322EC is non-handed and fire rated for use on timber and steel doors and is suitable for doors up to 55mm thick.
Please note that longer spindles and screws are available upon request for door thicknesses between 55mm and 70mm, however, these would be special order items. Please contact the office should you require these.
How it works:
When locked, the lever is secured in a horizontal position and the shear screw will break under excessive force to prevent unauthorised access and maintain security. When unlocked; the lever, spindle and mechanism all engage to allow the shoots and latches to be withdrawn on the inside, from the outside. The lever will remain engaged until the mechanism is locked again.
