Exidor 305 Panic Mortice Actuator with Night Latch

The Exidor 305 Panic Mortice Actuator with Night Latch is a push bar actuator device, supplied with a cylinder mortice night latch case and euro profile aperture for access from the outside and fast escape from the inside at all times. The 305 is non-handed, surface mounted push bar with a closed arm design. It conforms to BS EN 1125 – the standard where it is essential that there is a "safe and effective escape through the doorway with minimum effort and without prior knowledge of operation".

Please note that this item is not fire tested for use on timber and steel doors. Cylinder sold separately.

Suitable for single doors up to 1220mm wide.
