These two different cover plates suit the GEZE TS 500 N and TS 500 NV, plus the TS 550 NV and NV F floor spring models.

Universal Handing Floor Spring Cover Plates

These GEZE floor spring cover plates have detachable sections so they can be used on double swing doors, plus left or right hand hung single action doors.

Use pliers to gently remove the corresponding section when installing or replacing on single action doors. For double action doors, no parts of the plate need to be removed.

They’re quick and easy to replace. Peel off the protective cover before installation. Then the plate can be firmly fixed in place with 4 simple fixings. Secure to 2 Nm torque.

GEZE Floor Spring Models

These cover plates suit different models of the GEZE floor spring range.

The 102127 plate suits the TS 500 N and TS 500 NV. These floor spring models differ in a couple of aspects:

• TS 500 N - Fixed power size EN 3
• TS 500 NV - Adjustable power size EN 1-4 and adjustable latching action

The power size range impacts the width and weight of the door that the floor spring can accommodate.

The 125888 plate suits the more heavy duty TS 550 NV and TS 550 NV F floor springs. These concealed floor door closers are suitable for doors up to 300kg - twice the load capacity of the TS 500 range.

Floor spring accessory packs are sold separately from the mechanism-only units. A replacement 050644 standard spindle is also available to purchase separately.
