The GEZE TS 500 NV Floor Spring: Versatile and Concealed Door Closing Solution
The GEZE TS500NV floor spring is an adjustable door closer with backcheck and cam action technology. It is designed for internal and external doors in commercial and public buildings. It has adjustable power size EN 1-4, latching action, and closing speed to support doors up to 150kg and 1100mm wide. This floor spring can suit single or double action doors making it a versatile solution.
The TS 500 NV is CE marked and Certifire Approved CF259 suitable for fire rated doors when installed with the appropriate intumescent kit.
It comes complete with a spindle, cement box, and installation instructions. Accessories, including cover plates, top pivots, bottom straps, and intumescent kits, are available separately.

GEZE TS500 NV Non Hold Open Floor Spring for Fire Doors
The GEZE TS 500NV is tested to EN 1154, CE marked, and Certifire Approved for fire rated timber and steel doors. While its adjustable power size ranges from EN 1-4, fire rated doors require a minimum power of EN 3. The Certifire certificate can be downloaded as a PDF for further guidance.
For timber fire doors, the correct intumescent kit must be used, sold separately. Ensure the appropriate pack is selected based on whether the door is single or double action.
Hold open models of this floor spring are available as special orders. They are not suitable for fire rated doors due to their mechanical hold open function. Please contact our team for further information.
Concealed Design for the GEZE Floor Spring TS 500 NV
This concealed floor spring is an excellent choice for projects where the visual appeal of a space is a priority as it remains hidden from view when the door is closed.
The reduced height of 42mm makes the GEZE TS500NV floor spring easier to install, especially where deeper floor recesses are impractical. The unit allows for precise adjustments inside the box of up to 6mm height, 10mm lateral, and 10mm length, ensuring a perfect fit.
