The dormakaba G-EMF hold open electromagnetic slide channel arm is for use with the TS91, TS92, and TS93 door closers.
Fitting this EMF arm to a standard cam action closer converts the closer to an electromagnetic function.
The 64080001 G-EMF channel is also the replacement channel and arm for existing EMF models like the dormakaba TS92EMF and TS93EMF.

Compliant Hold Open for Fire Doors
The 64080001 G-EMF channel provides electro-mechanical hold open function for a range of dormakaba cam action door closers. The door can be held open at a preselected position without any fall-back.
The hold open angle can be adjusted between 80° and 140°. From any point within this range, the door closer will release if the alarm is triggered or the power supply is cut.
For a compliant way to hold open a fire and smoke compartmentation door, install an electromagnetic door closer or door retainer. Mechanical hold open function is not suitable for use on a fire door.
Flexible Door Closer Installation
The hold-open function is best utilised on high traffic doors. It allows for the ease of movement of a lot of people, such as in school or hospital corridors.
The G-EMF channel can be installed in any fixing position with the TS91, TS92, and TS93 cam action closers. The TS92 and TS93 closers have two versions:
- B version is for pull side door mounting
- G version is for push side door mounting
In both instances, the slide channel is fitted to the door frame, and the arm is connected to the door closer body.
