Blue60 provide a specialist fire protection system developed to support compliant installation of 30 and 60 minute fire rated timber doorsets. This innovative system combines Blue60 fire foam and Blue 60 fire rated packers to provide a reliable, easy-to-install solution that eliminates the need for additional mastics or sealants.

- Tested Fire Resistance: Tested to BS 476 Part 22 and BS EN 1634-1 for single and double doors, not linear gaps, up to 60 minutes.
- Wide Compatibility: Suitable for installation in masonry, timber, and steel stud partitions with softwood, MDF, or hardwood frames.
- No Additional Sealants Required: The expanding foam seals gaps without the need for mastics or additional sealants.
- Tested Gap Coverage: Blue60 PU foam and packers work together to cover gaps from 7–30mm. Packers are colour coded and available in 1mm, 3mm, and 5mm thicknesses for easy onsite identification.
