The pu foam expands and seals off gaps, preventing the spread of fire, gasses,  and smoke, and thereby protecting both the building and its occupants. It should be used in conjunction with the fire rated packers to achieve the FD 60 rating.

This fire rated foam is not only resistant to high temperatures but also boasts excellent adhesion and expansion properties. Blue 60 foam effectively fills and seals gaps around door frames ensuring a tight and secure fit that blocks out the damaging effects of a fire.
