This smart keypad can be powered by batteries or wired input. When battery powered, the remaining battery percentage can be monitored directly in the Tedee app.

The Tedee Keypad adds PIN and biometric access to your smart lock, delivering secure keyless entry directly at the door. A registered user enters a code or taps the fingerprint scanner to unlock instantly. No keys and no reliance on a phone, so access remains available even if a phone is left at home or runs out of battery.
You can register up to 100 individual fingerprints and 100 PINs. This unit provides access at the door, while the app controls who can enter and when.The lock administrator manages users, creates or disables codes, and sets permissions through the Tedee app or desktop portal.
Fingerprint access offers stronger control because it cannot be shared in the way codes can. Each fingerprint must be enrolled in person at the device and is converted into a secure digital token. The system also supports PIN access, as it can be impractical for some guests or users to register a fingerprint.
