The GEZE TS5000E Door Closer with Electromagnetic Hold Open

The GEZE TS5000E EN 2-6 electromagnetic hold open slide arm door closer is a surface mounted door closer with an electromagnetic guide rail arm suitable for doors up to 1400mm. 

It is suitable for use on fire or smoke door leaves as it is designed to hold the door open electromagnetically during normal use and is connected to the building fire alarm or smoke detection system through the interface. In the event of a fire alarm activation or power failure, the electromagnet is deactivated and the door closes in the normal controlled manner, just like a standard door closer.

The closing force is an adjustable power size EN 2-6 to EN 1154. If installed on a fire door, this must be adjusted to a minimum EN 3. The closing speed, the end stop and the backcheck can all be adjusted from the front. The holding force of the hold-open is adjustable and the hold-open position can be overridden.
