The Geofire Agrippa sound activated overhead door closer is designed for installation on the pull side of a door in the projecting arm position, but it can also be installed on the push side of a door in the parallel arm configuration.
The latching angle can be adjusted between 65 and 105 degrees, 90 degrees being most common. As the Agrippa acoustic door closer is free swing, the door can be left open at any angle, up to the point that the latching angle has been set.
