GEZE Slimchain 24V Window Actuator Kit for Manual Ventilation

This convenient kit includes everything you need to install a 24V electric window opening system for a single window. It’s suitable for use in natural ventilation systems where manual control of high level or difficult to access windows is required, ideal for improving airflow, indoor air quality, and energy efficient temperature control.

There are four kit variants available to suit different window types:

Select from:

• DIN left handed, 300mm stroke (MPN: 147035)

or

• DIN right handed, 300mm stroke (MPN: 147030)

Then choose:

• Inward opening windows 

or

• Outward opening windows

GEZE Slimchain for a Range of Window Types

The GEZE Slimchain actuator operates at 24V DC, making it ideal for use in buildings that require low voltage for user safety, such as schools, healthcare facilities, offices, and other public spaces. The Slimchain is suitable for:

• Top, side, and bottom hung windows
• Parallel opening and projected top hung designs
• Timber, aluminium, or PVC window

With a 300mm stroke length, the Slimchain delivers reliable window operation. The drive is DIN handed and each kit includes brackets (DIN-left or DIN-right and bracket Set A or Set B, depending on window opening direction) for a complete installation.

Manual Window Open/Close Control for User Comfort and Ventilation

The included LTA 24 ZA switch gives building users direct control over window opening and closing, which is particularly useful in spaces where window access is limited. It's a simple way to support natural ventilation and regulate temperature without complex automation.

The GEZE DMS 5 control module and power supply provide reliable operation. Both units are DIN rail mounted and can be housed inside the included GEZE surface enclosure, helping keep the installation neat and protected.
