The TS73EMF is CE marked and approved for use on fire doors. Maximum door width of 1100mm when using power size 4. Carry out a full health check of the door to ensure there are no obstructions and that all intumescent seals, locks and door hardware are operating correctly. If the door opens against a wall, ensure the door pivot point projects beyond the reveal by 26mm min, to allow opening angle of 180 degree. Adjust closing speed to suit the door width, weight and site conditions. Test door to ensure it will close fully into the frame. Ensure that the connector box is positioned as per measurements provided in the fitting instructions. If a concealed connections is required remove the knock out section at the rear of the connector box. For surfacing mounting pull the power cable through the screw fix gland. Always use a qualified electrician to make electrical connections. Check the door to ensure that the maximum door opening is possible without damaging the distribution box or armoured cable loop. Ensure the test switch is on and check the door holds open, ensure the door closes into the frame once the power has been removed. Ensure that regular maintenance checks are carried out on the door closer to ensure correct operation throughout its life cycle.
