The DORMA RTS87 transom door closer is designed for use on timber doors and is available as the transom unit only, or as a complete kit. It is a non-handed transom closer and is suitable for use on both single action and double action doors. As the RTS87 has concealed fittings it can be used in environments that required reduced ligature points.
The RTS87 transom closer has the following features:
- Maximum door width 1100mm
- Adjustable power size EN 1-4
- Mechanical backcheck
- Adjustable closing speed 175-15 degrees
- Adjustable latch speed 15-0 degrees
- CE marked
- Certifire approved CF127 for use on 1-hour fire doors
- Tested to BS EN 1154
- Compliant to Approved Document M and BS8300
- Fixing plate dimensions: 321x108x55mm
- Body dimensions: 300x72x55mm
- 7475AX floor pivot maximum door weight 300kg (supplied with complete kit only)
