Read moreThese Simonswerk Solid Drawn Brass Butt Hinges are non-washered butt hinges and all have a brass pin and brass leaves. The largest size, the 1010, is weight rated with a 20kg load capacity when fitting three hinges per door. The 0970 model has a 10kg load capacity when fitting three hinges per door. The individual hinge models have the following dimensions:
- 38mm x 23mm (0920) - Knuckle diameter 4mm, Leaf thickness 1.6mm, Screw size 4.0g
- 51mm x 28.5mm (0940) - Knuckle diameter 5mm, Leaf thickness 1.7mm, Screw size 4.0g
- 63mm x 35mm - (0960) - Knuckle diameter 5.5mm, Leaf thickness 2mm, Screw size 6.0g
- 75mm x 42mm (0970) - Knuckle diameter 6mm, Leaf thickness 2mm, Screw size 8.0g
- 75mm x 50mm (1010) - Knuckle diameter 7.8mm, Leaf thickness 2.9mm, Screw size 8.0g
