CDVI I400SR External Monitored Maglock
The CDVI I400SR is a fail safe, surface mounted electromagnetic lock designed for securing external doors and gates. With a 400kg holding force and IP68 rating, this monitored maglock is built for tough environments, offering reliable access control performance in exposed installations.
This external maglock can operate on 12V or 24V DC for flexible integration into new or existing access control systems. It has a stainless steel housing and pre-attached cable, making it ready to install straight out of the box. It includes a female M20 cable gland outlet for secure conduit connection, helping to maintain cable protection and installation integrity.

External Maglock for Doors and Gates in Harsh Environments
The I400SR ES400 maglock is designed specifically for use outdoors or in challenging environments where exposure to moisture, dust, or temperature extremes could compromise standard internal locks. It’s IP68 rated, meaning it can withstand exposure to the elements. It’s also IK10 rated, offering resistance to mechanical impact.
The I400SR is supplied with a pre-attached cable and connector block for straightforward wiring. The block includes terminals for positive, negative, and monitoring contacts, making installation easier. A 20mm internally threaded gland is also integrated into the housing, allowing for secure connection to conduit and helping protect the cabling in exposed areas.
Surface Mounted Maglock with Optional Brackets
This is CDVI maglock and is supplied with a fixing kit for installation ease. However, many applications will also require Z&L brackets. Select Yes from the drop down menu to include the I400SR ZL brackets with the maglock.
The Z bracket and L bracket are available separately and can be ordered as needed for new installations, retrofits, or ongoing maintenance. They are suitable for adapting the maglock to different mounting setups or replacing existing brackets.
