This door guard lock plate is used to protect vulnerable locks on outward opening external doors. Anti-tamper lock guards can be retrofitted to external doors that are prone to attack. They are used to protect the locking bolts from various forms of attack, by fixing the stainless steel plate to the edge of the lock style of the door, blocking any external access to the bolts.

This lock guard plate can be installed with a wide variety of lockcases due to its height of 350mm. It can be adapted to suit a rebated pair of doors, using a hacksaw.
