This Plated Steel Grade 11 Ball Bearing Hinge measures 102x76mm, has a 3mm thick leaf, a 13mm knuckle.

It is UKCA marked and CE marked as suitable for use on 30 minute and 60 minute fire rated doors.

It is tested to BS EN 1935:2002 grade 11 and is available in polished chrome, satin chrome, and satin nickel finishes.

This ball bearing butt hinges suits doors up to a maximum weight of 80kg when three hinges are fitted.

Hinges are sold as singles, not pairs, complete with fixings.

INTUMESCENT MUST BE USED TO ENSURE FULL COMPLIANCE WITH FIRE RATING.

Intumescent hinge pads can be purchased in packs of 6no to suit 3no hinges, or single units.
