The TOP37 acoustic drop seal provides a discreet solution for sealing the gap at the bottom of timber doors. Designed to be rebated into the door, it offers a concealed finish while delivering effective acoustic, fire, and smoke sealing.
Tested to recognised standards and achieving up to 37dB Rw, this seal supports compliant door performance while maintaining a clean, professional appearance.

Concealed Sealing with Top37
The Top37 rebated drop down seal is installed into the bottom edge of the door, creating a flush and unobtrusive appearance. When the door closes, the internal mechanism lowers the seal to close the gap against the floor. When the door opens, the seal retracts fully to maintain a smooth threshold.

Installation Guidance for Rebated Drop Down Seals
As a rebated acoustic seal, it requires a groove to be machined into the bottom of the door. This should be considered during specification or installation, particularly on fire doors where maintaining certification is essential.
If rebating is not practical, the Applique seal is available as a surface mounted alternative, offering a simpler retrofit solution.
