Arrow 624EM

product ordered and received in good time, excellent service. However the subsequent saturation bombing of my e-mail inbox to write a product review is wholly unacceptable and deters me from putting further business the way of DCD unless absolutely unavoidable

Shop owner reply (Aug 9, 2017):
Hi Neil,

Thank you for your review, as discussed; we have thoroughly investigated this issue and can confirm that this was a system glitch on your email address and as such, a one off occurrence. We value all of our customers and welcome all feedback and we sincerely hope to see you return.

Thanks
Sophie
