Intumescent Hinge Pads for Fire Doors
These ARRONE intumescent hinge pads are for installation between the hinge leaf and the door frame and door leaf on fire rated doors.
Key features:

- Suits 102mm x 88mm ARRONE butt hinges
- Sold as a pack of 6no plates (to suit 3no single hinges)
These intumescent hinge packers measure 100mm high, 34mm wide, and 1mm thick.
Fit these intumescent hinge strips with the ARRONE AR8780 lift off hinges when installing them to FD30 and FD60 fire doors. This will ensure that the hinges are compliant with the fire test, their CE marking, and Certifire certification. The intumescent hinge plates are also used with the AR8680/AR8380 ARRONE hinges.
