The Coronavirus crisis is having a serious impact on all our lives and the situation is changing day-by-day. Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on 23rd March 2020, Door Controls Direct is seeking to clarify the position around our service to customers at this time.
Firstly, the safety and security of our customers and our workforce are our absolute priorities. As such, we want to reassure you that we are strictly following Government guidance at this time around social distancing, self-isolation and other vitally important behaviours and procedures.
As an online business we will continue to service our customers. We realise this is particularly important for those providing essential support, such as facilities management within healthcare and important construction and maintenance work, for example.
We have reduced our office based staffing levels, but this will not impact on the level of service you experience and our team are handling orders and despatching deliveries. Strict instructions have been issued to our staff around standards of hygiene and distancing and these are being closely monitored at all times.
